We will also have a session with Dr Emily Cotton on Wednesday 15 October, a doctor who shares a holistic approach to hormonal health.
She will offer an informative session on HRT covering the pros and cons, helping you make sense of conflicting information.

Becs Steele
Becs is a registered Nutritionist (DipION, mBANT, CNHC) and Mind-Body Coach who offers a bespoke, whole-person approach to health and wellbeing. She creates a safe and supportive space where women feel truly seen, heard, and met with full presence.

Her work combines the practical foundations of personalised nutrition with mindful coaching and somatic practices, offering 360° support for women navigating stress, hormonal shifts, and weight changes. Whether it’s balancing nutrition, easing anxiety, or reconnecting with the body, Becs meets each client exactly where they are.
Dr Emily Cotton
Emily has been a GP for over 10 years and has developed a special interest in Women’s health and Functional Illnesses.
She fits coils and implants, prescribe HRT and am part of a holistic GP clinic that advocates for a trauma-informed mind-body approach.
