Becs is a registered Nutritionist (DipION, mBANT, CNHC) and Mind-Body Coach who offers a bespoke, whole-person approach to health and wellbeing. She creates a safe and supportive space where women feel truly seen, heard, and met with full presence.

Her work combines the practical foundations of personalised nutrition with mindful coaching and somatic practices, offering 360° support for women navigating stress, hormonal shifts, and weight changes.
