A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
I love what I do.

We all have our own story and mine led me to become passionate about health and understanding myself on a much deeper level.

My journey of exploration into where our experience is coming from and how our thoughts create our reality has allowed me more space to enjoy life. I have a far greater personal freedom around anxiety and I am able to spend more time in the present than I ever did when I was stuck in my thinking.

I had my daughter in 2010 and afterwards I was diagnosed with autoimmune overactive thyroid (Grave's), endometriosis and rosacea, all of which point to underlying hormonal issues. We also had a long journey to conceiving a second child.

I retrained as a Nutritional Therapist at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition (London). I can now use my knowledge, passion and advice to help other women feel their best and in control.

I want to motivate and inspire you.

I want to empower you to regain confidence and vitality through diet and coaching. My areas of interest are mental health, anxiety, depression, hormones and weight loss. I will make nutrition approachable, fun and not based in deprivation. It is so important that you can still enjoy life and I am here to support you.
