Week 1: Restore - Connecting with Your Body's Needs

  • Importance of seasonal nutrition and slowing down for self care. 

  • An outline of a healthy diet for energy, immunity & weight.

  • Exploring the benefits of slow-cooked meals & eating seasonally. 

  • Nutrient spotlights for immunity.

  • Mindful eating practices.

Week 2: Reset - Unravelling Negative Patterns

Mind-Body Connection

  • Understanding the mind-body connection in relation to food.

  • Identifying repetitive thought patterns and negative self-beliefs that keep you in vicious cycles. 

  • Overcoming limiting beliefs. 

  • Cultivating a positive relationship with food and body.

 

Week 3: Replenish - Cultivating True Self-Care

  • Redefining self-care: beyond baths and pampering.

  • Connecting to intuitive self-care practices.

  • Guided meditation: slowing down to being with you Self. 

  • Journaling for self-discovery and inner guidance.

  • Creative expression ideas. 

Week 4: Integration and Empowerment

  • Adapting your nutrition and self-care routine for autumn.

  • Nutrient spotlight: Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Zinc, and Iron (and mor) for immune support.

  • Seasonal recipes: Immunity-boosting smoothies and nutrient-rich salads.

  • Reflecting on your progress.

  • Sharing insights and breakthroughs within the group.

  • Setting intentions for ongoing self-care and nourishment.
