4 Week Course
A programme designed for women to reconnect with their body & mind.
​​If life feels like a juggling act and your mind is always racing ahead. This course is about cultivating awareness, presence, and a felt sense of connection to your body and life. ​
Designed to help you slow down, turn toward your body as a guide, and begin to meet stress, anxiety and health needs with greater compassion. Through gentle practices, you’ll start to uncover and understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck — and learn how to move forward with more ease, presence, and self-trust.

4 x 90-minute weekly group sessions — combining body-based practices, gentle coaching, and guided self-reflection.

An understanding about how to become more present and freer from the mental overload.

Embodied coaching to help you listen to your body and start to become unstuck emotional cycles.

Somatic tools to regulate your nervous system and ease the internal stress response.
