4 Week Course 

A programme designed for women to reconnect with their body & mind. 

​​If life feels like a juggling act and your mind is always racing ahead. This course is about cultivating awareness, presence, and a felt sense of connection to your body and life. ​

Designed to help you slow down, turn toward your body as a guide, and begin to meet stress, anxiety and health needs with greater compassion. Through gentle practices, you’ll start to uncover and understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck — and learn how to move forward with more ease, presence, and self-trust.

  • 4 x 90-minute weekly group sessions — combining body-based practices, gentle coaching, and guided self-reflection.

​​

  • An understanding about how to become more present and freer from the mental overload. 

​​

  • Embodied coaching to help you listen to your body and start to become unstuck emotional cycles.

​​

  • Somatic tools to regulate your nervous system and ease the internal stress response.

​​

  • Meal suggestions and nutrition.
