Many women often overlook the signals their bodies are sending. We’ve become disconnected from these cues and tend to suppress our emotions. Over time, this can take a toll on our health, especially when combined with hormonal fluctuations and the pressures of a busy life.

 

This course is designed for women who want to reconnect with their bodies, learn body-oriented practices to regulate their nervous systems, and embrace a holistic approach to nourishing their overall well-being through nutrition.​ My work is about understanding the BodyMind connection—body is a reflection of mind, and vice versa.

Body-Orientated Group Sessions: Through a MindBody (somatic approach), you’ll learn to listen to your body’s wisdom instead of being stuck in the mind. Old emotional patterns and thoughts can block our intentions to look after ourselves, we are often running on stress, overriding the body's signals. This course helps you overcome those barriers and achieve the well-being you deserve.

Nourish Your Body:  Meal suggestions tailored for your life stage for weight, hormones, brain fog & supporting both physical and mental well-being.

 

Understanding the BodyMind: Discover how the body reflects the mind, and vice versa.

​

More Presence: Learn to move beyond unhelpful thoughts and feelings, accessing the calm freedom space that comes with more presence. ​

 

Let's explore how the mind works and then the impact that might be happening on the nervous system & hormones.

This programme is for women who are interested in the mind-body connection, nutrition & personal development.

What You Will Receive:

4 x 1,5-hour weekly group session

Coaching around limiting beliefs and patterns of thinking.

​

Embodied Coaching connecting & listening to what the body wants.

​

Tools to calm the nervous system and reconnect to the body.

 

​Visioning exercises

Meal suggestions & understanding how to eat for this stage in life.
