A programme designed for women to reconnect with their body & mind.
Are you looking for more peace of mind in your life? ​​If life feels like a juggling act and your mind is always racing ahead. This course is about cultivating awareness, presence, and a felt sense of connection to your body. ​
Designed to help you slow down, turn toward your body as a guide, and begin to meet stress, anxiety or health needs with greater understanding. Through somatic, mindful and meditation practices, you’ll start to uncover and understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and learn how to move forward with more ease, presence, and self-trust.

Each workshop will be;​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

A monthly 90-minute weekly group sessions — combining body-based practices, mindful coaching, focus topics and guided self-reflection.

An understanding about how to become more present and freer from the mental overload.

Embodied coaching to help you listen to your body and start to become unstuck emotional cycles.

- 
Somatic practices to release emotions, regulate your nervous system and ease the internal stress response.​
