A Little More About Me
I love what I do
We all have our own story and mine led me to become passionate about food, health & well being. I absolutely love what I do, as I know the impact that eating healthily and understanding what was going on in my own body has done for me.
I had my daughter in 2010 and afterwards I was diagnosed with autoimmune overactive thyroid (Grave's), endometriosis, rosacea which all point to underlying hormonal & digestive issues. We also had a long journey to conceiving a second child.
I retrained as Nutritional Therapist at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition, so that I can now use my knowledge, passion and advice to help other women feel their best and in control.
I want to motivate and inspire you
I want to empower women to regain their health and vitality through nutrition coaching. My areas of interest are; balancing hormones naturally, healthy weight loss, optimising fertility & improving digestion. I will make nutrition approachable, fun and not based in deprivation. It is so important that you can still enjoy life and I am here to support you.
